M10*160 Alloy Steel Phosphated Hex Flange Bolts

The phosphate coating provides excellent lubricant retention, ensuring consistent torque-to-preload conversion during assembly — particularly important when high preload uniformity is required across multiple bolts in a flanged connection. 
The coating also improves thread engagement smoothness and reduces the risk of galling during repeated assembly and disassembly cycles.
Alloy steel with Grade 8.8 treatment provides the strength, toughness, and fatigue life required for sustained loading in process plant and structural applications. 
Grade 10.9 is available for elevated strength requirements. 
The integrated flange eliminates the need for separate flat washers, simplifying bill of materials and reducing assembly time.
