M6*100 Alloy Steel Black Phosphate Coated Button Screws

Alloy steel construction with Grade 8.8 heat treatment provides a minimum 800 MPa tensile strength, offering reliable performance in industrial machinery, automated equipment, and heavy-duty consumer products. 
The black phosphate coating — a combination of standard phosphating and oil seal treatment — provides superior lubrication, consistent torque control during assembly, and improved resistance to atmospheric moisture in enclosed environments.
The domed head geometry provides a larger tool-bearing surface than a countersunk head, making installation with standard hex keys easier and more reliable in high-volume assembly operations. The low-profile head also avoids interference with adjacent components in compact assemblies.
Compliant with ISO 7380 and GB/T 70.2. Available in grades 4.8–10.9 and stainless steel 304/316. 
Surface options include Zinc, Black oxide, PTFE, and Yellow Zinc. OEM/ODM customization accepted.
