ST3.9*6.5 Galvanized Self Tapping Screws for Metal

The ST3.9 outer diameter creates a slightly larger thread engagement than ST3.5, making these screws appropriate for base materials at the upper end of thin gauge or where pullout resistance needs to be higher. The 6.5mm length keeps the total screw protrusion minimal, suitable for single-sheet connections in thin metal panels and enclosure assemblies.

Carbon steel 22A construction provides the required hardness for reliable thread formation without pilot drilling, while the galvanized finish protects both the screw and any exposed cut edge of the mating material.
